Cookie Notice
Effective: June 1, 2026 · Last updated: June 1, 2026
Notice: Palivon's website is governed by three documents that work together: this Cookie Notice, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service. By using palivonconsulting.com, you acknowledge that all three documents apply to your use of the Site. We encourage you to review each.
This Cookie Notice explains how Palivon Consulting LLC ("Palivon," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on palivonconsulting.com (the "Site").
This Notice should be read together with our Privacy Policy at palivonconsulting.com/privacy, which explains more broadly what information we collect and how we use it.
If you have questions about this Notice, contact us at privacy@palivonconsulting.com.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser when you visit. They let the site remember things about your visit — like whether you've been there before, what pages you looked at, and whether you've already dismissed a notification.
This Notice also covers similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage, which work like cookies but use different mechanisms.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies for four purposes:
- Strictly necessary — to make the Site work properly (loading pages, handling form submissions)
- Functional — to remember your preferences and choices (such as whether you've dismissed the cookie banner)
- Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
- Marketing — to identify returning visitors and measure the effectiveness of our marketing
We use cookies to operate, secure, and improve the Site. We do not use cookies for advertising on third-party platforms.
3. Who sets the cookies
First-party cookies
These are set by palivonconsulting.com directly. The cookies on our Site are set by HubSpot, our customer relationship and analytics provider. HubSpot's tracking script operates on our behalf, and the data is held in our HubSpot account.
Third-party cookies
We do not currently use third-party advertising or social-media tracking cookies on the Site. If this changes in the future, this Notice will be updated.
4. The cookies we set
The table below describes the specific cookies set when you visit our Site. Cookie durations are approximate and reflect HubSpot's standard defaults at the time of this Notice's publication.
Cookie names, purposes, and durations are subject to change as HubSpot updates its platform. We review this list at least annually.
5. Where cookies are NOT set
We use technical measures to prevent cookies and tracking from operating for visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and other jurisdictions subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or comparable data protection regimes. As explained in our Privacy Policy, we do not offer services to residents of these regions.
6. How to control cookies
Through our cookie banner
When you visit our Site, you'll see a cookie banner that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page.
If you are visiting from California, the banner includes a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information option that disables analytics and marketing cookies for your visit.
Through your browser
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. You can usually block all cookies, block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or set the browser to ask before storing a cookie.
For specific instructions, refer to your browser's help or privacy documentation. Each browser handles cookies slightly differently, and the controls may be found in different menus.
Blocking cookies entirely may cause parts of the Site (such as form submissions or scheduling) to not function as expected.
Global Privacy Control
We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where supported. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
7. Changes to this Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For changes that materially affect how we use cookies (such as adding new tracking technologies or third-party trackers), we will also update the "Effective" date and provide notice on the Site.
