Privacy Policy
Effective: June 1, 2026 · Last updated: July 23, 2026
Notice: Palivon's website is governed by three documents that work together: this Privacy Policy, our Cookie Notice, and our Terms of Service. By using palivonconsulting.com, you acknowledge that all three documents apply to your use of the Site. We encourage you to review each.
Palivon Consulting LLC, doing business as Palivon Consulting and Palivon (collectively, "Palivon," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website palivonconsulting.com (the "Site") and provides consulting services to business clients.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We've written this in plain English because privacy matters and we'd rather you actually understand what happens with your information than wade through legalese.
If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise any of the rights described below, contact us at privacy@palivonconsulting.com.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- Visitors to palivonconsulting.com

- Subscribers to our newsletter and other marketing communications
- Clients who engage Palivon for consulting services, and individuals associated with those clients (owners, employees, contacts)
- People who contact us by email, phone, text, or other means
This policy does not cover the end customers, investors, members, or beneficiaries of our clients. Our clients are responsible for ensuring that information about their own customers, investors, members, or beneficiaries is not transmitted to us during the course of our engagement. If such information is inadvertently provided, we will promptly delete it and notify the client.
2. Who we do not serve
Palivon offers services exclusively within the United States. We do not solicit or accept clients located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or other jurisdictions subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or comparable data protection regimes.
If you are accessing this Site from one of these regions, please be aware that our services are not available to you, and any information you submit will be handled under United States law. We use technical measures (described in our Cookie Notice) to prevent tracking of visitors from these regions.

Types of messages. If you've opted in, you may receive text messages related to: appointment reminders, follow-ups on a consultation request, service updates, and other business communications related to your inquiry.

AI tools used in service delivery
Palivon uses artificial intelligence tools as part of our work. We disclose this directly because clients should understand how their information is processed.
The AI tools we use:
- Anthropic (Claude)

We have specifically selected these tools and the paid plan tiers we subscribe to because of their data-handling protections. Under the terms of our subscriptions:
- The AI vendors do not use our data to train their models.
- Palivon does not train, fine-tune, or build AI models on client data.
- AI processing is limited to information about our clients' own operations. We do not transmit information about our clients' customers, investors, members, or beneficiaries to AI tools.
AI usage is integral to how we deliver services. By engaging Palivon, clients acknowledge and accept that their information may be processed through the tools listed above, under the protections described.

- In connection with a business transaction (merger, acquisition, sale of assets), in which case the recipient will be bound by this policy or a successor with equivalent protections
7. How long we keep your information
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, maintain our business records, and comply with our legal obligations. In practice this means:
