Fall Website Promotion Terms
Fall Website PromotionLast updated: October 21, 2026
Promotion window
Requests are accepted through 11:59 p.m. Arizona time on November 20, 2026, or until all 25 spots are claimed, whichever comes first. Firms that submit by the deadline still receive their call, and a proposal at promotional pricing if a spot is open when it is issued.
How spots and tiers are claimed
Your form submission sets the order of scoping calls. A spot is claimed when your proposal is issued: it quotes the lowest tier with an open spot and holds that spot for five business days. Signing and paying within that window locks your price. Once paid, your tier price is locked and will not be re-quoted, and your spot stays filled even if the engagement later ends. Any refund or repayment follows the two Ending terms below.
Released spots
If a proposal is not signed and paid within five business days, its spot is released. A released spot is first offered to the earliest firm holding an unpaid proposal at a higher tier, whose proposal is updated to the lower price. Otherwise it goes to the next proposal. A firm whose hold expires can request a new proposal at the lowest tier open at that time. If we can't connect for a scoping call within seven days of first outreach, the request closes and you can submit again.
Website management commitment
Promotional pricing requires a one-year commitment to website management at $250 a month, starting the first of the month after your site launches. For example, if your site launches in January, the first management invoice is February 1. Either party may end management with 30 days' written notice at any time; ending it in the first year triggers the repayment below. Asking to move your site's code to your own account during the first year counts as ending management. After the first year, management continues month to month.
Ending the build early
If you end the engagement before the staging review closes, part of your build fee is refunded: half if you leave before the direction review is approved, and a quarter if you leave after it is approved. For example, a Tier 1 firm leaving before the direction review would receive $750 back. Once the staging review closes, the build fee is fully earned, and ending the engagement before or during the first year of management triggers the repayment below. If Palivon ends the engagement during the build, other than for your firm's breach, nonpayment, or 90 days without a response from your firm, or does not deliver the site, your full build fee is refunded. Refunds are paid within 15 business days.
Ending management early
If management ends before the first year is complete, the unused share of your promotional discount is due, unless Palivon ends it for convenience or your firm ends it because of a breach by Palivon that Palivon does not fix. Palivon ending management because of nonpayment or a breach by your firm does not count as convenience. The discount is the difference between your tier price and the $3,500 standard price, prorated by the full months remaining. For example, a Tier 1 firm that ends management after nine months would owe three-twelfths of its $2,000 discount, or $500. If the engagement ends after the staging review closes but before management begins, the full discount is due.
Portfolio permission
Promotional pricing includes written permission for Palivon to show your finished site in its portfolio, on its website, and in proposals and marketing materials: images of the site, your firm's name, and a description of the work. It is not a testimonial, quote, or endorsement. Your compliance officer can review the materials before they are first used, and Palivon will make requested changes or not use them.
Scope
Promotional pricing covers the build described on the promotion page. Additions such as extra pages ($350 each) or an extra review round ($450) are agreed in writing before the work begins. Client portals, member logins, calculators or projection tools, e-commerce, and multi-brand sites fall outside this offer and are scoped separately.
Compliance review
Your firm's compliance officer reviews and approves the site before launch. Palivon builds with archiving and review in mind and coordinates staging links, but does not review or certify compliance.
Other terms
One promotional build per firm. Promotional pricing does not combine with other discounts. Self-hosting is not available under the promotion. Palivon may decline an engagement that is not a good fit. If anything in this summary differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
