Your request sets your place in the call queue, not a guaranteed price. After the call, your proposal quotes the lowest tier with a spot available and holds it for five business days. Sign and pay within that window to lock your price.

Build fees are paid in full at signing. Fall pricing requires a one-year commitment to website management at $250 a month, starting the month after your site launches. After November 20, website builds are quoted at $3,500.

The referral check
Referred prospects look you up before they call. Your site should confirm the referral: who you serve, who they would work with, how you are paid, and an easy next step.

Owned, not rented
On most template website platforms, the firm doesn't own the site. You pay every month, and if you stop paying, the site comes down. The sites I build belong to your firm. The domain stays in your name, you receive access to the code once your site launches, and if you ever stop working with Palivon after launch, the code transfers to you with setup notes so you can host it wherever you choose.

Working with me directly
You work directly with the person who built your site. When you need an update or have a question, you email me, and I take care of it. Management includes up to an hour a month of changes to existing pages, and every change is staged for your approval before it goes live.
What the build includes
- A focused site of four to six pages
- Content carried over from your current site or provided by your firm, including bios and headshots
- Contact forms, one scheduling embed, and links to your client portals
- An Insights section ready for your articles
- Search-ready structure: clean headings, page titles and descriptions, and a sitemap
- Two review rounds, with one person at your firm giving final sign-off
- A static build that archiving tools can capture, launched after your compliance officer approves it
What management covers, $250 a month
- Hosting, maintenance, and security updates
- Monitoring of the site, forms, and links, with a short monthly report
- Up to one hour a month of updates to existing pages
- A quarterly review of what has gone stale and what is coming up, with a written note ahead of each one
