The build

I design and build websites for RIAs as a standalone fixed-fee project. Your firm supplies the substance: who you are, what you do, your bios. I shape it to fit and build the structure around it.

• The first three calendar months of management are included.
• Hosting, monitoring and updates during those first three months.
• Up to an hour a month of changes to existing pages as the site settles.

Your Chief Compliance Officer reviews the site before launch, and nothing goes live without that sign-off.

Ongoing management

After the first three months, management continues month to month at a flat fee.

• Hosting, monthly monitoring and a written report.
• Up to an hour of changes a month.
• A quarterly review each February, May, August and November.
• Every change staged for your approval before it goes live.

Major redesigns and new functionality are scoped separately.

The site belongs to your firm

Stop paying a platform and you have nothing. Stop paying Palivon and you have a website. You own the deliverables on payment in full, and the source repository transfers to an account your firm controls, along with everything needed to deploy it.

• Either side may end management on thirty days' notice.
• Hosting continues for fifteen days after the end date so you have time to move the site.

Available on its own

Website Build & Management is available independent of any consulting engagement. Active Navigator and Cartographer clients receive 20% off the build and any major redesign work, and 10% off ongoing management.
